i could use a bus station.
This was made out of cardboard from scratch, not a printed one.

It is also way too big to be a papercraft, as the height of this model reaches beyond one meter.

But I am really planning in designing this school into a printable papercraft, like I did with this building the Jam Records HQ, also present on the Sailor Moon Classic series:
